The Technopipeline continues to celebrate National Arts Month by bringing you another prominent visual artist from SKSU- Isulan Campus. To exhibit this notable artist with his works can help us realize the genuine essence of art and its key concepts.
Xander Mark L. Galanta, a.k.a Xander is a 21 years-old BS Information Technology student and a visual- graphic artist all the way from Matiompong, Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat.
He began enjoying using his mobile phone to take photos and movies while he was in Grade 10. He was then encouraged to pursue his interest for the creative arts and given a mirrorless vintage camera. Despite his lack of equipment, Xander did not hesitate to take photos and videos for his first customersโhis classmates. As soon as he gained recognition, he was able to work for significant occasions like weddings and was able to purchase a high quality camera. He was able to hone his skills and succeed in his career because to the camera he owns. He acquired knowledge on how to effectively accomplish video and photo taking until he become expert with his works.
โHindi ko parin sinasabi sa sarili ko na magaling na ako sa ganitong field, although madami na rin na nagsasabi na nag-improve ako at alam ko sa sarili na marami pa akong matututunan sa larangan ng Photo and Video Industry.โ Xander said.

Hear the message from our beloved governor, Isulan Campus director, and SKSU director for student affairs as they acknowledge students who spared their time and efforts in the donation drive for our kababayans in the province who were greatly affected by the Typhoon Paeng:
"This is the right time for us to show the spirit of Filipinos through care and love. I really thank everyone for their support and for being there for our people and for showing the love that is needed by the affected families and all the 45 affected barangays that were flooded. This is all for the good of the community. This is what Sultan Kudarat is showing. We are united to help fellow Filipinos." Hon. Datu Pax Ali S. Mangudadatu - The Provincial Governor of Sultan Kudarat said.
Dr. Mary Lynn G. Magbanua, SKSU-Isulan Campus director said: "We are very grateful that we have our students right here doing their volunteer work from the different campuses of Sultan Kudarat State University. Truly, this is our way of serving our community as well as being responsible and helpful in every endeavor of our government."
"It is good that there is a spirit of volunteerism among our university students. They did not just help but they have encouraged others to volunteer, which is a good start for us so that we could at least practice our spirit of volunteerism towards our countrymen," Hassanal Abusama, University Director for Students Affairs.
