It is our responsibility to ensure that we cater to our needs , respect our faith, and create a conducive environment that promotes our well - being both economically and healthy wise.

By promoting this industry, we can unlock vast opportunities for economic growth, create ample employment opportunities for all Filipinos, and bolsters our nation's overall prosperity.

In Islam, the concept of halal (lawful) and haram(forbidden) refers not only to the source or method of obtaining the food but also encompasses health, hygiene, and overall well-being. ALLAH wants us to lead healthy lives, free of harm and diseases caused by consuming unclean or harmful substances.

Halal food requirements promote cleanliness, proper animal slaughter techniques, and the avoidance of harmful ingredients. It ensures that the food we consume is prepared in a way that minimizes the risk of foodborne illnesses and maintain our physical well-being. By following halal dietary guidelines, we protect ourselves from various health issues that can arise from consuming contaminated or forbidden foods.

Allah's care for us is evident in His guidelines for choosing what is beneficial and avoiding what is harmful.

The Bagdatli Foundation has recently conducted its visit to Basilan Ulama Supreme Council's Office in collaboration with Local Government Unit of Isabela, to extend its assistance to the Muslim community of the area.

The main purpose of their visit is to study and and learn more about the needs and concern of the people of Basilan so that they can provide the necessary help they need.

The Basilan Ulama Supreme Council welcomed the support and expressed their appreciation for the visit and assistance of the Bagdatli Foundation. " We extend our gratitude to the Bagdatli Foundation. Their visit shows their genuine concern for the welfare of our community, and we are looking forward to working with them towards creating a brighter future for Basilan," said a member of the council.

The Council also highlighted the importance of developing the halal industry which they believe will bring economic benefits to the country.

The visit of the Bagdatli Foundation to Basilan has brought hope and optimism to the community, and everyone looks forward to the positive changes that will happen in the area. We hope that this collaboration between the Foundation and the Council will result in significant improvements and developments that will benefit the people of Basilan.
