ATTENTION: All Teacher Advisers and Students Leaders for SPG/SSG, YES-O and BKD.

The Bureau of Learner Support Services-Youth Formation Division will conduct a Teacher-Adviser Training Course (TATC) and Student Leader Development Program (SLDP) from 15 February to 15 April 2022 via DepEd Learning Management System (DLMS).

Please refer to the attached memo for the procedures and guidelines.

This training program is an opportunity for teacher-advisers and student leaders to effectively manage their student organizations and deliver curricular support for personal, social, and emotional education development especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

❌ Ang mga klase ngayong SY ay gagamit ng internet
✅ Ang pag-aaral ay maaaring gawin gamit ang printed o digital modules, online learning resources, at TV o radio-based instruction

❌ Papayagan ang face-to-face classes sa ibang lugar
✅ Walang face-to-face classes hangga't hindi ligtas at hindi pinapayagan ng DOH, IATF, at ng Pangulo.

❓ Paano isasagawa ang klase sa SY 2020-2021?

Bilang pagtalima sa DO 11, s. 2020 probisyon 10.j at DO 2, s. 2015 ay ang paglalabas ng Memo sa pag-aabiso at patnubay sa pagpapatuloy ng mga nabinbing gawain para sa RPMS SY 2019-2020.

Dahil dito, nasa larawan ang mga Means of Verification (MOV) na kailangang mailagay sa RPMS portfolio ng mga g**o para sa pag-assess ng mga Raters. Maaari ring pumunta sa http://deped.in/RPMSY1TOOLS2019 para sa RPMS tools at sa kumpletong listahan ng MOV.

Malinaw na nakasaad sa Memo na kasabay ng kagustuhan natin na maisagawa ang lahat ng natitirang activities para sa RPMS 2019-2020 ay ang ating mariing paalala na ang pag-aayos, pagpapasa at pag-assess ng portfolio ay maaaring maisagawa while WORKING FROM HOME. Ngunit kung kinakailangang kumuha ng mga MOV sa paaralan (at dalhin pabalik sa bahay), o may mga challenges sa online assessment (at kinakailangang magsagawa ng face-to-face assessment), ay maaaring pumunta sa paaralan ngunit may pagsasaalang-alang sa minimum health standards at stringent physical distancing measures.

Register your nominated school-based IPCRF uploaders by accessing the link bit.ly/IPCRFUserRegistration on or before 6 July 2020.

Be reminded that you may only register in the system once. Any modification may not be applied once you completed the registration.

Gentle reminder:

All IPCRF files submitted to the data collection system on or before July 6, 2020 shall be deleted as this may pose risks in the accuracy of compliance in the protocols set by DM-OUPHRODFO-2020-00199 Updates on the Results-based Performance Management System for School Years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, and in the eventual consolidation of regional and national data.

Submission of actual IPCRF files shall commence on the 1st week of August 2020 and last until the 3rd week of the same month.
