📣 Ready to Submit to Bipolaroid Film Fund? Cycle 4 for 2024 has begun! 🥳

We are open for submissions from October 1 to November 15!

Calling all filmmakers with amazing stories to tell! We're excited to share our streamlined submission process. To make it easier for you to submit your short film project, we've got the steps laid out for you:

1️⃣ Prepare Your Materials:

-A completed screenplay 📝
-Director's Information 🎬
-A Visual Treatment of the Film 🎨
-The Production Book (schedule, budget, one-page synopsis, etc.) 📅💰
-Optional: A link to the director's previous work 🎞️

2️⃣ Save Everything as PDF Files: Ensure that each requirement is in PDF format for easy uploading.

3️⃣ Submit Your Application:

-Click the provided Google Form link.
-Upload your PDF files for each requirement.
-Answer the required questions accurately.

4️⃣ Make Sure You Have a Google Email: Please note that you need a Google email account to submit your application.

5️⃣ One Submission Per Email: Keep in mind that each Google email address can submit only once, so double-check your application before hitting that submit button!

Thank you to everyone who submitted their incredible projects. Once again, we received an overwhelming number of submissions, making the selection process incredibly difficult. We are deeply grateful for the immense talent and creativity that each submission brought to the table. While we would have loved to accept more projects, our current resources limited us to these two.

If your project was not selected this time and your schedule permits, we encourage you to submit again in the next cycle, which opens on October 1.

For the sake of transparency of the scoring of your submissions, we would like to share the rubrics that we use and the mindset that we have for choosing Bipolaroid recipients.

It is important that applicants know what exactly is happening in the 2 weeks that we take to thorougly evaluate each and every submission.

We do not take the responsibility lightly, as we appreciate that behind each submission is the hard work of many people involved.
