Isang Bata sa Virac Catanduanes ang na millipede burn matapos nya itong aksidenteng maapakan at maipit sa loob ng kaniyang sapatos. Agad namang nadala sa malapit na ospital ang bata para mabigyan ng tamang gamot at ngayon ay nagpapagaling na.

Walang kamandag or lason ang mga Flameleg Millipede (Trigoniulus macropygus). May nilalabas lang po silang likido as defense na kapag na contact sa ating mga balat ay pwede po tayong mag karoon ng mga blisters at andyan din yung matinding pangangati ng balat at discoloration ng affected na area gaya po ng nasa larawan.

If ever ma millipede burn tayo, agad agad nyo pong hugasan ito ng tubig at pumunta sa pinakamalapit na Ospital. Dipo ito madadala ng Tambal or ano mang ritwal na dasal.

Paalala lang po na wag po natin silang papatayin if ever may makita tayo sa wild. Dumipensa lang po yung buhay ilang at ginawa lang nila yung instinct nila para protektahan ang kanilang sarili. via Bicol Express News

PAL’S CEBU-BAGUIO FLIGHTS ON:

The inaugural commercial flight of the Philippine Airlines has officially started on Dec. 16 with the arrival of 84 passengers from Cebu Mactan International Airport at the Loakan Airport.
Among the passengers were Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama, Tourism Usec. Mae Elaine Bathan and PAL executives. They were warmly welcomed by City Mayor Benjamin Magalong and wife, Arlene.
The PAL's PR C5903 took off Mactan Cebu International Airport at 8:50AM and arrived at the Laoakan Airport in less than two hours.
PAL will be using Q-400 bombardier aircraft with 85 seating capacity and four scheduled flights per week for the Baguio-Cebu and vise versa flights as follows:
· PR 2230 Cebu-Baguio - every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
- departing Mactan Cebu at 08:50 AM, arriving at Baguio Loakan Airport at 10:50 AM
· PR 2231 Baguio-Cebu - every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
- departing at Baguio at 11:10 AM, arriving in Cebu at 01:00 PM.

RUSSIAN CONSULATE IN NEW YORK VANDALIZED WITH RED PAINT

The Russian Consulate in New York was vandalized with red spray paint Friday, in an apparent protest as President Vladimir Putin pursues his bloody invasion of Ukraine.

Officers said they responded to an emergency call just after 1:30 am that reported paint sprayed across the facade of the consulate on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

A police spokeperson said the investigation was ongoing into the potential "bias incident" and no arrests had been made.
