I read this line somewhere and it struck me.

Are you using social media, or is it using you? 🤔

It’s easy to get caught up in endless scrolling, comparing ourselves to highlight reels, or letting notifications run our day. But here’s another truth: some people live a lie on social media, faking, trying to fit in or portray a ‘perfect’ life.

But are we using social media to grow, connect meaningfully, and inspire others? Or are we letting it consume us, pushing us to keep up appearances?

Set boundaries, be authentic. 🌟
