𝗠𝗢𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 : 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

GUIDELINES
1. The tournament is open to bonafide residents of Pagadian City whether all-male, or all-female or mixed teams.

2. A player can only join one team.

3. The players must be available during tournament dates.

4. The players must be aged 15 and above. Players below the age of 18 are required to acquire parent’s consent to participate.

5. A team must consist of the following members:
a. 5 main players (required)
b. 1 reserved player (optional)
• Note: Once nominated/registered regular/reserved players cannot be replaced throughout the event.

6. Team Names (Squad Name), Team Tags, and Player Names may not contain: vulgarities or obscenities; MLBB hero derivatives or other similar character names; or derivatives of products or services that may create confusion.

7. Every team shall submit their Team Logo on a PNG format on or before December 16, 2021 at 12noon via Flashdrive after signing the registration form. Team logos may not contain: vulgarities or obscenities.

8. The tournament will be streamed in the Asenso Pagadian page but will be personally held at C3 Building 4th Floor on December 18, 2021 until December 20, 2021.

9. On the day of the tournament, the participating teams are responsible for their own internet connection as to relieve the organizers from any liability in terms of lagging, buffering, and any other technical problems during the matches.

10. Players will be advised of schedule and timing of matches through their registered email address.

11. Only the Tournament Director can alter the schedule and timing of matches.

12. As for the general conduct, players are expected to conduct themselves and compete with the spirit of sportsmanship, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor in activities involving other participants and public in general.

13. The organizer has the right to apply penalties, disqualify and dismiss any registered player from the tournament, at their discretion, at any stage of the tournament.

14. Cheating does not need to be successful to qualify as a violation. Conspiring to cheat is already a violation and will lead to an automatic disqualification for all conspirators. Examples of cheating includes, but are not limited to: ghosting, account sharing and piloting.

15. The act of registering for this tournament implies full acceptance of all terms, conditions, rules and regulations stated, in its entirety. By registering, the teams also acknowledge that all usage of photos, videos and any form of recording during the tournament have been given legal consent by the players for media and documentation purposes. Registration is on December 12, 2021 until December 16 , 2021 8:00am to 5:00pm at the City Tourism Office.

16. All participating teams must present proof of residency.

17. As for more detailed rules, all participants will be advised of other rules or technical aspects of tournament on December 17, 2021 at 9:00am at the City Tourism Office.
