Overthinking is an internal problem, it's not a problem with your external world. It's you envisioning scenarios in your head that's causing you to be held back in what you want to do. With overthinking, you need to really really focus..

I hate to say it on on not overthinking.
A good way to do that is to express your feelings to a lot of people who are a lot more down to earth.

Try not to express your overthinking to other people who overthink because you guys could literally COLLABORATE in overthinking and literally overthink your life away.
