whispers of the fallen
A collective of like-minded artists creating spontaneous, off-the-cuff, improvised music.
whispers of the fallen
In the hushed whispers of shattered streets,
We find the echoes of silent screams,
A canvas painted with hues of despair,
Where innocence weeps consumed by warfare’s snare.
Yet in this chaos there’s a glimmering plea
For peace to reign, to set souls free
For in the quietness of serenity’s embrace
Lies the salvation of humanity’s grace.

REZIEL GUAPE - SEVENTH HEAVEN (ORIGINAL) - LIVE AT MUSIKALAWAIG 10 (04.29.23)
Singer songwriter Reziel Guape is a trip! Serenading the crowd with orginals in multiple languages, one cannot help but feel every word he has to say. And...he has a lot to say!
On this night , this artist from CDO was given the impossible task of opening the rain-delayed program on Saturday.. to set the mood, to draw in the audience, and share his stories. It could not have been scripted any better!
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the "Wappy Experience".

Here's our full RAW performance at Full Moon Music and Arts Festival.
Our performance was a captivating exploration of sound and visual artistry. Combining ambient electronic elements with world fusion influences, we embarked on a journey that transcended traditional musical boundaries. Divided into five distinct parts, our performance was characterized by a semi-improvised approach, allowing us to channel raw emotions and create a unique atmosphere.
Central to our artistic expression was the exploration of the darker aspects of the human soul and the subconscious of a burned-out working-class middle-aged male. Through a thought-provoking combination of musical soundscapes and performance art, we delved into the depths of these themes, capturing the complexities and struggles faced by individuals in our modern society.
Our ambient electronic compositions served as a backdrop, enveloping the audience in a rich tapestry of ethereal textures and hypnotic rhythms. We skillfully blended various cultural influences from around the world, infusing the music with a sense of universality and global connectivity.
Accompanying the musical experience was a visually striking performance art that added another layer of depth to the overall presentation. Our exploration of the human condition was conveyed through evocative movements, symbolic gestures, and powerful imagery, providing a multisensory experience that left a lasting impression on the audience.
In summary, our performance at was a mesmerizing fusion of ambient electronic music, world influences, and performance art. By delving into the darker realms of the human soul and the collective subconscious, we aimed to provoke introspection and shed light on the challenges faced by the working class. It was an immersive and thought-provoking experience that transported the audience into a realm of introspection and reflection.

NEW RELEASE: EPISODE 7 (TRACK 1)
The Big House Collective is back and as a special treat for you guys, we’re premiering something unique on our returning episode!
This particular off-the-cuff performance fuses a bit of cabaret blues and magic, as our resident spoken word connoisseur Wapy tells a vivid and convincing tale of what can only be described as something similar to the big bang theory of the universe – apt for the “rebirth” of this channel. Sessionistas, enjoy!

Hey everyone! We're dropping new episode this week. Glad to announce that we are on set again. Keep tuning in and don't forget to subscribe.
We moved things to a different level. Big House Live Presents "Crossfire". In our very first live version of the Big House Sessions, Iligan-based Crossfire delivers a high-octane performance that is typical of their sets – heavy guitars, menacing growls – just unbelievable bursts of energy leaping off your screen. This is their first ever performance video after years of being together as a band, and we hope it won’t be their last.
Performing songs from their unreleased album, the members of Crossfire hope to send a message that hardcore is not just a fashion choice or a personality quirk: it is a lifestyle of going against the grain, not just to be cool, but because it is important to remind others how love and respect should be afforded to everyone, even those who dare to go against the standards society has set upon them.

"Yet another spur-of-the-moment experience under the influence of crippling apprehensive cohorts. Bighouse Sessions present you with a single-take project on what's it like to feel the uneasiness of the present. We're still determining what we were thinking, but we had a dream.
In lieu of all this, our resolution was to be in the singular moment because there can never be more another present than now."

Mitosh Elloi Rafanan of Sailing by the Sunlit Sea is a man of many talents – a composer, a producer, an organizer, a multi-instrumentalist – but he is most comfortable when he’s around his musical toys, tinkering and experimenting with them until he finds the perfect sound, the perfect loop, the perfect guitar riff.
This artist hailing from Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur has now found his home in the Big House, where he gets to orchestrate simple yet ambitious pieces together with some very talented artists in the local scene. But at the end of the day, he’s just jamming with his friends – and he relishes every single moment of it.
Here he is performing the ethereal and magnetic “Pink Cloud Friday”, an original instrumental composition. Drown yourself in the atmospheric vibes of this track.

Raw Record | OPEN JAM (track 1)
while trying to figure out how to fix the problem with our makeshift audio system during this episode, the boys decided to take advantage of the random glitches and used it as a part of the whole aesthetic experience instead of stressing out on the problem. Surprisingly enough, they figured out the problem right after this jam and managed to continue the session to film "track 2" of this episode😁👌🏼
The local scene is bursting at the seams with songwriting talent, and Reziel Guape is proof. Hailing from Cagayan de Oro City, the artist more commonly known as Wappy writes songs about love and loss in Bisaya. One might be tempted to compare him to Bullet Dumas considering his style and presentation, but he is definitely his own person, expressing his authentic self through music that perfectly encapsulates happiness and melancholy in eternal dance - kind of like life itself.
Wappy is also a contemporary/visual artist and a masseuse. For bookings and commissions, DM him directly Kōun'na Wapi
Here is his favorite song, “Mother Tongue”, for all of us to hear. Enjoy.

Sa matag
