RULES AND REGULATIONS
• Annual Meeting will be held only the day of Saturday or will be change in other day without prior notice.
• Always bring your organizer (Pen, Notebook, Lyrics, and USB and ETC)
• Tolerating absences like 3 to 4 times straight is strictly not allowed or else TERMINATED.
• Using of face book or phones during rehearsal is strictly prohibited.
• Not wearing of Tinig Gensan T-S

HIRT - No REHEARSAL and recorded as absent.
• Pay your monthly due on the said deadline date or else SUBJECT FOR TERMINATION.
• Don’t use any other person “HANDLER” without asking permission with the manager.
• Respect your Handler/Trainor/Manager politely with saying “Maam/Sir” and always listen and ready.
• Strictly no LATES and ABSENCES.
• Joining singing contest without asking permission to the manager will be TERMINATED.
• Any generating funds like joining singing contest and guesting 30% of your Cash Prize/Talent fee will be deposit to the FUNDS of TINIG GENSAN organization. For example (P5,000) 30% is 1,500)
• Do not use the official group chat as your personal convo, please refer to use other GC if necessary.
• Always ask the manager/admin if you have conflict schedule like, School activities (If Studying) and any other more about to avoid absences and conflicts.
• Always welcome and treat equally especially to the newbies and old ones.
• Always up to date the GROUP PAGE if there is important matter to know about.
• Any matters that can conflict and make miss understanding, will be discuss and so on so forth.
• Other concerns will do.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

§ Regular meetings and rehearsals will be on every Saturdays and Sundays or will be rescheduling with prior notice.

§ Consecutive LATES and ABENSENCES will have SANCTION and PENALTIES.

§ Every Talent must bring and have their organizers such Pen, Notebook, USB and Etc.

§ Using gadgets like cellphone during training and rehearsals is strictly not allowed.

§ Every Talent must have their own uniforms (TG UNIFORM).

§ Every talent/artist must PAY Fifty pesos (P50.00) in every Trainings and Rehearsals.

§ Every talent that is under age should sign a PARENT CONSENT.

§ Generating funds like SINGING contest and GUESTING, The 30% of your Cash Prize/Talent fee will be pledge to the FUNDS of TINIG GENSAN or Tinig Heneral Talent Management (THTM).

For example (P5, 000-30% is 1,500) or ETC.

§ Do not use the officialgroup chatsas you’re using like your personalconvo.

§ Always up to date the GROUP PAGE if there is important mattersto know about.

§ 📷Talents who signed the CONTRACT with Tinig Heneral Talent Management could not sign CONTRACT with other AGENCY without prior notice with us.

§ Every Talent is PROHIBITED to have another Talent Manager or Handler, Only the THTM Handler is the only sole HANDLER or NO OTHERELSE.

§ Every Talent will show RESPECT to the ADMIN/TRAINORS and especially THE HANDLER.

§ Every TALENT / ARTIST is not authorized to engage activities like GUESTING, SINGING CONTEST and etc. without the knowledge of Talent Management. Any violation will be charge accordance with the law.

§ Violation of RULES and REGULATION of Tinig Heneral Talent Management will face cases against the law.
