ADDING ANG DROPPING OF SUBJECTS SCHEDULES

DATE: July 29 to August 2, 2024

July 29 -30, 2024 - BS Entrepreneurship
July 31 - August 1, 2024 - BS Criminology
August 2, 2024 - AB Political Science and AB English Language Studies

Procedure:
1. Secure and accomplish request for dropping/changing/adding subjects from the Office of the Registrar.
2. Seek the signature of instructors/department head concerned.
3. Submit the accomplished form together with the required documents to the Registrar's Office for proper assessment, recording and filing.

Requirements:
1. Adding and Dropping Form
2. Certificate of Registration
