FOR: SHEAR LINE (TAIL-END OF FRONTAL SYSTEM)
ISSUED AT: 11:00 PM 2021 November 10

HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND In the next 24 hours, the Shear Line (Tail-end of Frontal System) will bring light to moderate with at times heavy rains over Sorsogon, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar.

Under these conditions, flash flooding and rain-induced landslides are possible, especially in areas that are highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards as identified in hazard maps.

PAGASA Regional Services Divisions may issue local Rainfall Advisories and Heavy Rainfall Warnings while the Hydrometeorology Division and River Basin Flood Forecasting and Warning Centers may issue General Flood Advisories and Basin Flood Bulletins as appropriate.

The public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take appropriate measures and watch out for the next update on this weather system.

Unless superseded by an intermediate advisory, the next Weather Advisory will be issued at 11:00 AM tomorrow.

UPDATE: Nasa bahagi na ng West Philippine Sea o sa layong 80 km West Northwest of El Nido, ang sentro ng TD habang napanatili pa rin ang lakas nito na umaabot sa 45 kph at pagbugsong umaabot sa 55 kph. Kikilos ito Northwest sa bilis na 25 kph.

Inaasahang lalakas pa ito habang bumabaybay sa karagatan at posibleng makalabas na ng PAR bukas at inaasahang sunod na magla-landfall sa .
