(COVID-19 Awareness Campaign)

INTRODUCTION

At the present time human species in the whole world keep on fighting and experiencing the pandemic brought by the deadly COVID-19. Despite of millions death worldwide and its awakening reality of destruction many people are still disregarding and not yet convinced to be vaccinated especially those in the far flung areas and remote communities due to wrong beliefs and fears.

PURPOSE

This project aims to provide a solution, educate, and convinced those individuals who are just taking for granted and disregarded the hazardous effect of COVID-19 to human lives and for the community safety.

DESCRIPTION

COVID-19 Awareness Campaign (COVID VAXX KAHIBARUAN) is an information platform which aims to educate and convince irresponsible and doubful individuals about the COVID-19 impacts to human lives and the society through popular social media sites such as local radio station, facebook, twitter, instagram etc. Information on COVID-19 includes uploading of media (photos, videos, audios etc.) where users and page administrators can interact with each other.

And also by conducting community limited face to face meetings, tarpaulin posters, and including barangay announcements or "barangay bandillo".

SUPPORT

The estimated budget for the project is 11,950 pesos. It is also recommended to tap organizations such as DOH and local government unit of Gamay and its 26 barangays to assist in educating, and giving information about the COVID-19 vaccination.
