COOL AND GLOOMY CHRISTMAS WEEKEND AHEAD! 🥶🌧️

Malamig at medyo makulimlim ang inaasahang panahon sa malaking bahagi ng Luzon dahil sa tuluy-tuloy na surge ng amihan. May pag-ulan naman sa gitnang bahagi ng bansa dahil sa shearline.

AMIHAN: Inaasahang lalakas pa ang pagbugso ng malamig na amihan na makakaapekto sa malaking bahagi ng Luzon ngayong weekend. Pinakaramdam ang lamig nito sa Northern Luzon, kung saan posibleng mas mababa sa 20°C ang maitala sa maraming lugar, samantalang hanggang sa 11°C sa Benguet.

Ang amihan ay patuloy na nagdudulot ng makulimlim na panahon at ilang mga pag-ulan sa silangang bahagi ng Luzon, samantalang pangkalahatang maayos na panahon at ilang mahihinang pag-ulan lang naman sa nalalabing bahagi ng Luzon (kasama ang Metro Manila).

SHEAR LINE: Ang shear line ay inaasahang mananatili sa gitnang bahagi ng bansa sa weekend. Dahil dito, posibleng magkaroon ng mga kalat-kalat hanggang sa malawakang mga pag-ulan sa Bicol Region, Visayas, at Palawan. Mag-ingat sa posibleng mga pagbaha at pagguho ng lupa!

Bahagyang mararamdaman rin ang pagbaba ng mga temperatura sa Mindanao, lalo na sa mga kabundukan nito, ngunit mananatiling pangkalahatang maayos ang lagay ng panahon sa weekend. May tiyansa pa rin ng mga localized thunderstorm.

LOOKING AHEAD: Walang inaasahang bagyo na makakaapekto sa bansa sa susunod na 3 araw, at posibleng mas lumakas pa ang surge ng amihan sa mga susunod na araw na posibleng magdulot ng paglamig pa ng panahon at mga pag-ulan sa ilang lugar.

Patuloy na pinapaalalahanan ang lahat na maging maingat at manatiling nakaantabay sa inaasahang lagay ng panahon ngayong panahon ng Kapaskuhan.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya through Governor Carlos M. Padilla submitted to the Office of Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan, Department of Public Works and Highways the relevant documents related to the PROPOSED PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF THE NUEVA VIZCAYA-NUEVA ECIJA ALTERNATE ROAD CONNECTING THE BAGUIO-NUEVA VIZCAYA-QUIRINO NATIONAL ROAD AND THE PANTABANGAN-BALER NATIONAL ROAD

The letter reads:

During the second quarter meeting of the Regional Development Council 2-Infrastructure Development Committee (RDC2-IDC) last June 7, 2022, the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya presented a project proposal, titled: Construction of the Nueva Vizcaya-Nueva Ecija Alternate Road Connecting the Baguio Nueva Vizcaya-Quirino National Road and the Pantabangan-Baler National Road.

Subsequently, it was endorsed to the RDC2 and the RDC2 ExeCom endorsed the project through Resolution for No. 02-02: "Endorsing the Request for Funding for the Conduct of a Feasibility Study of the Proposed Nueva Vizcaya-Nueva Ecija Alternate Road Connecting Baguio-Nueva Vizcaya-Quirino National Road and Pantabangan-Baler National Road to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)" issued last June 20, 2022, Hence, we respectfully request the provision of funding of feasibility study in the 2023 National Expenditure Program. Submitting herewith the following documents in relation to the abovementioned project:

a. The Multi-Year Project Profile Form of the Proposed Nueva Vizcaya-Nueva Ecija Alternate Road prepared by the DPWH-2nd District Engineering Office of Nueva Vizcaya;

b. RDC2 ExCom Resolution No. 02-02: "Endorsing the Request for Funding for the Conduct of a Feasibility Study of the Proposed Nueva Vizcaya-Nueva Ecija Alternate Road Connecting Baguio Nueva Vizcaya-Quirino National Road and Pantabangan-Baler National Road to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)."
