Bumisita at nakipag pulong si LT Richard Calibuso, West Philippine Sea OIC sa Coast Guard Sub Station ng Dilasag at nakapanayam ang ilang mangingisda upang makatulong na maisagawa ang pinaka komprehensibong pagsusubaybay sa karagatan (comprehensive monitoring system), upang protektahan ang baybaying dagat ( to protect coastal seas ), seguridad ng pagkain (food security) at mag karoon ng komunikasyon sa radyo (two way ICOM, ICOM handheld ) sa tulong ng Coast Guard.
