ICYMI | The Municipality of Carmen, Davao del Norte, officially opened the Kahayag Festival 2024 last night, December 7, 2024 (Saturday), at the Municipal Grounds.
One of the highlights of this year's festival was the spectacular drone show, which captivated the people of Carmen as it marked the first time a drone show was included in the Kahayag Festival. The breathtaking display was followed by an equally dazzling fireworks show.
