‘Pinaypay’ is the best type of banana fritter for me. The thinly sliced bananas are coated in a flour mixture before frying. It is optional to brush it with margarine and white sugar, but what I love about it is it’s the perfect bite: Crunchy, chewy, and rich banana flavor 🍌

🍽️ 6/10 - Buns were kinda stale, weiner not juicy but bacon bits were crispy and bbq sauce didn’t disappoint. What can I say? It’s a gas station find lol

📍Shell Select Cafe at Panacan, Davao City

I think they need to add onions, mayo or an optional mustard to this tho, kinda lacks fat and acidity. Best paired with a carbonated drink.

Staff were helpful and courteous.
