A suffocating presence, where shadows seep.
Through muffled cries, the heart does ache,
In the depths of sorrow, the soul does quake.

With each breath drawn, a struggle to find,
A glimmer of hope, a thread to bind.
But in the depths of despair, it's hard to see,
The light that flickers, calling to be free.

The road may seem unbearably long,
And the weight of the world feels endlessly strong,
In the depths of despair, find that strength from within,
In the darkness, find the light and keep it burning.

“A Very Sorry Christmas.”
Not everyone is having a “Merry” Christmas. Some lost their loved ones and it’s their first, second, third, fourth, fifth Christmas without them. May it be their Father, Mother, Grandparents or someone they truly love and care.
Not everyone is having a “Merry” Christmas, because their family is not complete because one of their parents is working abroad so they can provide for their needs.
Not everyone is having a “Merry” Christmas because one of their family members is in the hospital.
Not everyone is having a “Merry” Christmas because maybe someone who is reading this had their hearts broken, sad and feeling incomplete.
Regardless of the reason why some their Christmas is not Merry, may we not forget the reason for this season..
Someone who loves us dearly came here to save us and promised to come back for us and His name is Jesus.
May we feel complete, loved and whole because of Him.
Hugs to everyone grieving, crying, sad, and envious. Your feelings are valid. Seeing other people’s post in social media having a Merry Christmas, having a complete family picture, happy and partying and you feeling envious is valid.
It’s okay if this is the time you feel like crying and grieving. You’re still normal.
Someone here loves you. Don’t forget that. 🥹

The wind gets stronger,
It gets heavier and heavier,
All it needs is a trigger,
And boom… it will snap and bursts all over.
But breathing is still hard,
The mind is a scattered-mess,
Still, spiraling.

It gets harder and harder to breathe,
It feels like every breathe you take requires all your energy,
It’s exhausting you…
The clamor in your head,
All the thoughts, all the words,
You want it badly to be heard,
but at the same time you dont.
You’re drowning in your thoughts,
you’re gasping for air.
And you’re wondering, will this feeling ever go away?
When? How? The questions…
You try to process it all in,
And hope it stops before it overwhelms and drains you.
