Pinasahi ug Maalamon nga Higayun sa Mt. Makaayat!
Ang nahibiling Kagubatan ug Kabukiran sa Lungsod ng Dabaw

Aktibo gayud sa panglantaw si IPS Head Datu Kunulan Boyson Anib Jr., kinsa nag-imbitar sa University of Mindanao pinaagi sa College of Arts and Sciences Education, UM - Environmental Studies Department ,alang sa tulo ka-adlaw nga Biodiversity Assessment and Monitoring System (BAMS) sa Mt. Makaayat. Kauban niini ang mga Ata Bantay Bukid ug Tubig Volunteers nga padayon nga nagapanalipod sa ilang kalasangan aron mapreserba ug mapuslan kini sa sunod nga henerasyon sa tribu.

Ang tumong sa BAMS mao ang pagpalig-on sa kakayahan sa monitoring ug pagprotekta sa Mt. Makaayat, samtang ginahulma ang kaalam ug pagmahal sa kinaiyahan. Malampuson kini nga kalihokan pinaagi sa paningkamot ni Datu Kunulan Boyson Anib Sr., Mr. Rylle Gonzales Añuber, ug ang suporta sa LakBai Tinabangay Volunteers, Inc.
Sa usa ka makahuluganon nga pahayag ni Datu Ronnel Baguio, iyang gilitok:
"Kun mangutana ta kung unsa ka-importante ang pag-sukod ug pag-identify sa kahoy, para nako, importante gyud kini tungod kami nga mga lider sa tribu nagamando sa proteksyon sa kalasangan. Ang kalasangan sumpay sa atong kinabuhi, ug ang Bantay Bukid kinahanglan nga mag-alalay sa pag-atiman niini."

Kini nga inisyatiba usa ka panawagan sa tanan aron atong panalipdan ug pag-ampingan ang kinaiyahan. Isip mga benepisyaryo niini, unsa kaha ang atong ginagmay nga maambag alang sa kalikupan ug kaayohan sa umaabot?

Atung Tabangan atong mga kaigsuonang Ata- Bantay Bukid ug Tubig sailahang mga proyekto nga umaabot, nga kini mahimong mag malampuson puhon!

Environmental Warriors in Action!:
Environmental Science students take actions against plastic pollution as warriors in action! . Amidst the worldwide battle over garbage made of plastic, The University of Mindanao's committed Environmental Science students took action to change things.
These incredible individuals willingly gathered seven full sacks of plastic debris from within the university campus, driven by a shared enthusiasm for a better planet.
Their actions serve as a powerful REMINDER that every small step matters in the fight against plastic pollution. Let's continue to support initiatives like this and work together towards a greener, more sustainable future.
Kudos to these student warriors for leading the way and showing us all what it means to care for our environment!
