Matagal nang reklamo ng mga byahero at pasahero ang mga namimilit at nangbubudol na mga kalalakihan sa Batangas Pier.

Ayon sa mga reklamo, pagkababa sa bus at parking area ng mga pasahero na sasakay ng barko ay hinaharang sila at pinipilit bitbitin ang kanilang mga gamit nang wala umanong bayad pero pipiliting bumili ng mga pasalubong na times 3 or times 5 ang halaga.

May iba ring pinagbabantaan o tinatakot kapag hindi bumili or magbayad sa kanilang pagbitibt. Meron ring pumipilit na bumili ng insurance na 50 pesos sa entrance ng pier kahit ito ay hindi required sa pagsakay ng barko.

Kaawa-awa ang mga kababayang sakto lang ang perang dala o kaya ay walang budget para dito. Sana ay maaksyunan ito ng pamunuan ng PPA at Batangas City Governmemt ang ganitong reklamo at problema.
