Being a Pharmacist is not just about dispensing. It's about PASSION, DEDICATION and the ability to EMPATHIZE and to UNDERSTAND Diverse Mentality amongst people in all walks of life. Patients/Customers learn from us and we learn from them. No matter how complex a certain situation is. Human as we are, We can't avoid mistakes. Even Skilled and Experienced Professionals commits unintentional inaccuracy but we learn from it and we never make it as a habit. Some people judge and define you by the mistake you had in the past but you can't do anything about it 'cause that's how some people perceive you. It's like for them, Once you've made an error, then that means you'll more likely to commit wrongly which isn't fair! But, life can be so unfair that you just have to face whatever obstacles life throws at you to become the Best and Stronger Version of yourself to keep going. Just Love your job and be Passionate with work and the Right people will appreciate you regardless of your RACE, STATUS and/or ORIENTATION.
