I have to confess.
I've been working from home since 2020 (2 years in an agency and 2 years til present as a freelancer) and I realized the most important thing--family and heath.
In our annual appraisal meeting, I did the following:
I didn't ask for a raise this time instead I did ask for reduced work hours and the flexibility to work anytime as long as the work gets done.
I didn't ask for a promotion but I did ask tools and software that they could subsidize so I could learn a new skill.
Yes, that's about it. Beacause money is not everything.
