Last September 20, 2018 a landslide happened in Naga City, Cebu, Phils. affecting more than 300 or so families, killing 30 people and counting and injuring more as well. Many people are dislocated due to the forced evacuation implemented by the local government.
As a fellow Cebuano, we are calling you to HELP the victims now sheltered in Enan Chiong Activity Center, Poblacion, Naga City, Cebu. Target Distribution date will be on Oct. 01, 2018. Since most of the kind hearted people who had gone to share their blessings already came giving out rice/canned goods/clothes, we offer to give these suggestions since as we have observed before on the past relief operations we had done, the following are usually the ones least given but very appreciated all the same.
Suggested things to give:
1. School supplies for the school children affected (pad paper, pencils, ballpens, crayons ect)
2. Diapers for kids
3. Hygiene kits like soaps, shampoo, toothpaste/toothbrushes, combs etc
4. Kitchen utensils like reusable plates, bowls, spoons, forks, drinking glasses, food keepers etc
5. Biscuits, powder juices, candies or any ready to eat snack items
6. Bottled drinking water

This page was created in memory of my cousin, call sign Spider of Rescue 761. I post all the pictures of the past relief operations that I helped organize and took part in to various parts of Cebu and Bohol here. Naga is a place that is close to his and my sister's heart. It is where their base is located. Naga will also become a part of me and my family for it is where our future home will be. Please help us ....
