GREAT OFFER FOR SMEs FROM BRILLIANT IDEAS TRAINING ACADEMY

Good day Sir/Madame:

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a major role in most economies, particularly in developing countries. SMEs account for the majority of businesses worldwide and are important contributors to job creation and global economic development. They represent about 90% of businesses and more than 50% of employment worldwide. Formal SMEs contribute up to 40% of national income (GDP) in emerging economies. These numbers are significantly higher when informal SMEs are included.

In the Philippines, establishments with total employment of 1 to 9 (Micro) dominated the count of establishments with 977,670 comprising 90.5 percent. The combined count of establishments with 10 to 99 (Small), 100 to 199 (Medium), and 200 and over (Large) total employment was only 102,968 or 9.5 percent of the total establishments in operation by MSME according to the Philippine Statistics Authority.

Due to this, the Philippines declared it to be the policy of the State to hasten the country's economic development by encouraging the formation and growth of barangay micro business enterprises which effectively serve as seedbeds of Filipino entrepreneurial talents, and integrating those in the informal sector with the mainstream economy, through the rationalization of bureaucratic restrictions, the active granting of incentives and benefits to generate much-needed employment and alleviate poverty.

However, according to a survey 20% of medium and 80% of small-sized businesses have no HR departments. This is startling as without a proper functioning HR department, implementing various people-related processes and policies would be difficult. There can be many reasons for the absence or lack of HR departments in SMEs. The first and foremost being budget constraints - SMEs mostly work on a tight budget and focus more on the growth and scale aspects vis-a-vis people and culture-related issues. Having a fully functioning HR department can be perceived as a costly activity to be carried out for a small enterprise. Secondly, many SME founders feel that their teams are currently too small for an elaborate HR system and most of the HR activities can be managed like that. However, it is advisable to build an HR system right from the start so that various people related practices like talent management, engagement, policies related to compensation and benefits can be laid out. Well laid out HR practices help in removing various ambiguities related to one’s job and role in the organization and thus help in improving employees’ motivation and control attrition.

It is on this context, that Brilliant Ideas Training Academy formally offers you the following:

Human Resources Administrative Functions Outsourcing Services. Brilliant Ideas Training Academy, which has a profound knowledge on labor laws and acted as HR consultant in various companies for over twenty (20) years, will be the one to act and do the following for your business:

• Put up a legally simple but very doable HR system and processes;
• Devise and regularly update the company rules and regulations of your business;
• Send memos to erring employees and draft a management decision or board resolutions relative to this;
• Ensure that substantive and procedural due processes which are mandated by law will not be violated in imposing sanctions in relation to employee discipline; and
• Conduct Strategies and Tactics on how to win a labor case, should there be one.
These are the most difficult functions as far as HR role is concerned.

FIXED MONTHLY RETAINER FEE:
It will depend on the size of your business:
• Micro (1-9 employees) = Php 7,500.00
• Small (10-99 employees) = Php 15,000.00

The advantages of outsourcing your HR Admin Functions are:
1. You will not be obliged to regularize the services of Brilliant Ideas Training Academy because we do not have employer-employee relationship. Our relationship is based on consultancy contract, which should not be less than 2 years, and renewable based on mutual consent.

3. You will be assured that every action we make is based on law, thus avoiding any possibility of having a labor case before the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) or National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC).

USA SA LABING UNANG BALAOD NI PBBM MAO ANG PAG-POSTPONE SA BARANGAY UG SK ELECTIONS
Sinuwat ni Coach Tony Conahap, a Juris Doctor
October 5, 2022
