After a super busy month we desperately needed a staycation! So we decided to visit The Reef Island Resort Mactan where we got to experience first hand their incredible service, yummy food, and all the amazing activities available for families like us 🙂.

After arriving on such a hot day we decided to head straight up to the room, which had a great sea view, to cool down in their air conditioned, and luxurious rooms. We also needed to finish up some work since we have a lot of projects right now hehe (thankfully the reef has super fast Wi-Fi). Then we headed to the “Kid’s Club” & Arcade!

The “Kid’s Club” was sooo cool for Cora because they have face painting, bracelet crafting, and a ton of different activities! They even offer babysitting services, where you can drop your child off and go have a massage or lunch date! The arcade on the other hand was so cool for people of all ages! They had; billiards, ping pong, darts, PS5, air hockey, and a basketball court! All this playing made us hungry!

We made our way to “The Bakery”, where we were met with super accommodating staff that brought out delicious food for our family. We’re so blessed to experience this together! We loved the Margarita Flatbread!

After sleeping away our stress in their king size bed, we made our way to breakfast to enjoy an all you can eat buffet, with a ton of local and international favorites! When we finished eating, we went back up to the room to change into our swim suits. After all… it’s not good enough to just see the ocean view from the room, we had to swim in the ocean to complete the trip!
