Paskong Pinoy

Lumipad ako galing Hong Kong pabalik ng Pinas kanina. Christmas flight. Delayed limang oras. Pagkadampi ng mga gulong ng eroplano sa lupa, sabay-sabay na nagpalakpakan ang mga tao. “Thank you Lord! Merry Christmas! Wooohoooo!” Onli in da Pilipins.

Hindi ko alam, pero napangiti ako at nahawa sa palakpakan at tawanan. Hindi maikakaila na marami sa kanila mga OFWs. Ilang beses sila sinuway ng mga flight attendant kasi gumagalaw pa ang eroplano pero lahat nakatayo na para kunin ang mga bagahe. Excited na makita ang mga mahal sa buhay.

Pagkaannounce na “door’s now open”, sabay-sabay sila sumigaw ng “yeheyyyy!!!”

Pati ako.

May nanay sa likod, narinig ko nasa telepono. Sabi “Ano gusto mo pasalubong, anak? Yakap lang ni mommy okay ka na? Haha. Malapit na ako makauwi, anak.”

Naluha ako ng di ko namamalayan.

May foreigners nakaupo sa likod ko, sabi “Christmas is really different here. I don’t understand what they’re saying but I feel it”.

Maligayang Pasko sa inyong lahat. Sa mga malayo sa pamilya, nakaduty, o nag-iisa. Nawa’y balutin kayo ng diwa ng Pasko at pagmamahal ng Maykapal. 🎄

STOP MAKING EXCUSES

1. Madami sa mga Minimum Wage earner ay gumagastos sa mga bagay na di nman tlga nila kailangan.

2. Kasi karamihan sa mga tao mahilig magaksaya ng oras sa mga bagay na pwede namang di gawin.

3. Kasi part ng Financial Literacy ang baguhin ang mindset mo from Poverty mindset to Rich mindset at matutunan paano magkakaron ng Extra Income in your spare time.

4. Kasi part ng Financial Literacy ang matutunan paano mkakaahon sa utang kahit pa maliit ang sahod.

After this pandemic, hindi na siya ganyan ka sale!!!
Investing kasi has 2 types.
Direct and Indirect.
Direct investment is when ikaw yung bumibili mismo ng stocks from companies. Ikaw ung mismo mag seset up ng acct mo, mag mmonitor ng stock market almost everyday.
Sa indirect investment naman, meron tayong tinatawag na Fund Manager. Siya ang gumagawa and nag aasikaso ng lahat. Siya na din nag ddecide saan pinaka best na industry ilagay ang pera mo para mag grow siya.
I use the Indirect investment, ibig sabihin meron ng mag mamanage ng money niyo and hindi kana need mag monitor everyday.

Let's Say you have 50,000 pesos —

If you put your 50,000 in the bank for time deposit, the highest interest they can give you is 1% every year (most banks give less than 1%). After 1 year you will have 50,500.

If you invest your 50,000 in mutual funds which will give you 10%-12% interest rate after a year you will have 56,000.
