VP SARA DUTERTE EMERGES AS 2028 TOP PRESIDENTIAL BET IN SURVEY

Vice President Sara Duterte is the “most preferred” presidential bet for the upcoming 2028 elections, according to a survey conducted by the WR Numero Research in December 2023.

The nationwide survey revealed Duterte as the top candidate among 38 percent of Filipinos across different demographics for the 2028 elections.

Senator Raffy Tulfo ranked second with former vice president Leni Robredo following behind him.

Robredo remained the opposition's top presidential bet with 9 percent of Filipinos choosing her as their pick. Meanwhile, another member of the opposition secured a spot in the survey with Senator Risa Hontiveros in seventh place.

Several administration allies also placed in the survey with Senator Imee Marcos, Senator Robin Padilla, and House Speaker Martin Romualdez placing fourth, sixth, and eighth, respectively.

Lastly, the survey showed that 14.3 percent of Filipinos remain unsure who they will cast their vote for in the 2028 presidential elections.
