The SRP (South Road Properties) Governing Board, chaired by Hon. Atty. Rey M. Gealon, held a meeting on October 23, 2024, at the Vice Mayor's Conference Room. Board members and active locators at SRP gathered to discuss key issues affecting the area, with a primary focus on developing a comprehensive drainage master plan for the South Reclamation Properties.

The meeting addressed growing concerns over recurring flooding incidents, which have impacted businesses and the value of properties within SRP. Atty. Gealon stressed the urgency of hiring a consulting firm to create a drainage master plan aimed at mitigating future flooding and protecting the area’s infrastructure.

Additionally, Atty. Gealon emphasized the prohibition of posters, advertising, and marketing materials on the lampposts situated along the center island of the coastal road. He also reminded locators of the importance of prioritizing local employment, noting that it has a significant impact on the local economy.

The board aims to ensure that SRP remains a thriving business hub, with proper infrastructure and employment practices in place to support sustainable growth.

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄: Lumakas at isa nang Tropical Storm ang isang bagyo sa labas ng PAR malapit sa at binigyan ng international name na ng Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA).

Taglay ngayon ng bagyo ang lakas ng hangin na umaabot sa 65 kph at pagbugsong umaabot sa 95 kph. Kumikilos ito sa direksyong Northward sa bilis na 7 kph.

Hindi ito inaasahang tatama sa bansa, ngunit inaasahang papasok ito ng PAR sa Martes at tatawaging at inaasahang magpapalakas din ng .
