Salaries? Well, it's not a secret :)

* Sales/Publishing Consultants: 45k to 85k OTE (on-target earnings)
* Design Manager: 50k to 60k monthly rate plus performance incentives
* Software Developer (junior/intermediate only): 25k to 45k
* Book Illustrator: base salary + performance incentives
* Marketing Associate: 25k to 40k
