The more I read to it, the more it gets harder to understand.
There are 3 different versions of the story regarding Awra's assault of the people outside the bar.
..., the most circulated, was that he was defending a friend na nabastos. This came from his friend.
..., that they were having fun inside, sumasayaw, and Awra got drunk, harassed the men, asked them to strip their clothes, followed them outside, and got into a fight. This came from Makati PNP, recently released this afternoon.
..., and this might be the same story with , that Awra was harassing a man, didn't allow him to leave the bar when he was uncomfortable, and followed him outside. This version says Awra and his group were the first to initiate violence. This came from directly "Mark" the one who was involved in the fight.

Unfortunately, when all has cooled down and the PNP asked each group if they would like to file a complaint - the group of men filed assault charges, while Awra's group - did not file anything (??)
We are made to believe that the confrontation that led to the assault was motivated by the pambabastos ng lalake to his friends. But when it was time to make it official, walang nag sampa ng reklamo, and they have 2 lawyers coming in and out of the station.
This puts a lot of doubt and this is probably why everyone should stop jumping to conclusions first.

Why was Awra the only one na pinosasan?
Because the other group went to the station without resistance, nakasakay sa PNP vehicle calm and walang resistance 🤷♂️ Si Mark, tahimik lang. While Awra was running amok, physically hurting a lot of people, including the bouncer who was trying to stop the fight. He was incessantly cursing the police and refusing to obey.

This is justice.
Justice has due process.
Justice requires cooperation.
Di pwedeng justice tapos sa first story and chismis lang maniniwala. They have to lay down all claims, remove all that are untrue and exaggerated, and give judgement once all that remains is the truth.
Hold your partial judgement and hold from sensationalizing it by making inspirational posts about Awra until the truth makes it valid.

What are the charges against him?
1. Physical injuries 🤸🏼♀️ - from all the innocent nadamay at na nasapak nya
2. Alarm and scandal 🤸🏼♀️ - from the general public
3. Disobedience to authority 🤸🏼♀️ - from all the officers he resisted from at minura niya
4. Direct assault 🤸🏼♀️ - from the people of the other group
All of these charges are enough na maposasan sya and detained in the station's jail. That's already justice and it's working fine.

If anyone does you wrong, and your life is not in danger - report it to the authorities directly. It doesn't make sense saying Justice for Awra but at the same time Awra wanted to enact justice by his own hands. First opportunity to report the pambabastos claim to the authorities - hindi ginawa. Second opportunity to report and file it officially while in the police station, hindi parin ginawa.

And sa babae who claimed na nabastos, where are you?? Nawala ka sa eksena eh. Step forward. Your friend needs you. Punta ka sa station dali and release a statement.
