Nashare ko na to sa stories ko one time kasi nagulat ako less than 500 pesos lang sya kasi flash sale pa. Tatlo nga agad yung binili ko 😅 included na din yung silicone holder niya kaya sulit!

Dumating na yung inorder ko sa Shopee na dental guard. ☺️

Nag ggrind kasi yung ngipin ko pag natutulog. Naalala ko pa one time nabasag yung veneers ko at nabutas yung dalawang invisible retainers ko sa sobrang lala ng pag grind ng ngipin ko habang natutulog. 😅

Bale kailangan mo sya ibabad ng 10-20 secs sa mainit na tubig para lumambot sya bago mo ilagay and imold sa upper teeth at gums mo. Wait ka lang ng 2-3 mins para maging matigas and humulma sya then okay na!

‼️ Make sure na matigas na bago ka matulog para safe and hindi mo accidentally malunok yung mouth guard! ‼️

If ever na hindi maganda yung pagkakamold mo sa kanya and feeling uncomfortable, pwede mo sya ibabad ulit sa mainit na tubig para lumambot ulit and repeat mo lang ang pag mold sa ngipin at gums. 😊
