We are happy to inform you that our System Upgrade has been completed. Due to this activity, your modem settings, including the username and password, has been reverted to default.
Follow these instructions to configure your settings:
1. Open any web browser and enter 192.168.18.1 in the address bar. You may also check the back of your modem for your IP Address.
2. Check the back of your modem for your default Username and Password.
3. Select the "WIFI CONFIGURATION" menu option from the top of the page.
4. Change the current password to your desired password.
5. Click "SAVE" to fully apply the changes.
