Besides being a social media manager or virtual assistant, I am a degree holder in Electrical Technology and Management, which includes electrical installation. I've been learning new things now and then to enhance my skill and give efficient services to my clients. Continuous learning as a virtual assistant/ social media manager is my investment; I attended the Digital Jobs PH training course offered by the Department of Information and Communication Technology in the Philippines. During the training, I learned several things about the fundamentals of being a virtual assistant is one of many skills I achieved by attending the program. I'm competent in the following instructions:
Taking notes of all the client's details to make sure that they are satisfied with the service I provide; understanding the client's needs and addressing them on time; so the work is done asap; ensuring that deadlines are finished, with enough time for revisions and most of all, turn factual details into captivating, feasible and possible ideas to give excellent services.
