Lord, help me to appreciate others more. Help me see the hard work they do, and teach me to show my appreciation. Teach me to say thank you even when it is not necessary to. Help me to strengthen Your workers in the faith so that they can continue to do Your work. I thank you for my pastor, for the missionaries I've met, and for individuals in the church doing your work. Keep them strong and feeling encouraged by myself and by others. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Dear God, I would like to take this time out to pray for my leaders. I pray for the leaders in the body of Christ, Lord I know that they often face challenges that are probably more than my own. Lord, I pray that as they carry out the work you set out for them to do, may they keep their eyes fixed on you. May they never be led astray, O Lord, and may they always take delight in you, O God. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
