Filipinos have a lot of memories to share during their Christmas holidays, and it wouldn't be complete without Simbang Gabi.
From December 16 to 24, the church is packed earlier than 4 a.m. to honor the Blessed Mother and to feel the presence of God in this holiday spirit. It is when teens call their friends and family to attend this series of masses that the Christmas spirit grows brighter and brighter, and is truly an enduring tradition of the Filipinos.

As we celebrate the spirit of Christmas, the local news team of HCCC's campus press club presents you with this very special Christmas content where we will be sharing with you what it's like to spend your Christmas here in Carigara! Only here at #PaskoNiGara
For our first episode, we will start with number one on our list. A sparkly way to relax on the holiday is to take walks on the streets as we see homes decorated with twinkling lights and lanterns, truly lighting the spirit of Christmas. So, we'll be taking you to our municipality's LGU grounds, where decorations are traditionally shared with the public.
