Light to Moderate winds from the Northeast will prevail over the whole Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas. PAGTAYA: Ang Samar at ang Eastern Samar ay makakaranas ng maulap na papawirin na may kalat kalat na pag-ulan at pagkidlat at pagkulog dulot ng Shear Line. Ang Central Visayas, Western Visayas, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands at Occidental Mindoro ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulo-pulong pag-ulan, pagkidlat, at pagkulog dulot ng Shearline / localized thunderstorms.
