LOOK: Schedule for the Distribution of TES and TDP Grants
1st Semester, AY 2023-2024

With our collaborative efforts, BISU Candijay is pleased to inform our New/ Ongoing TES and TDP Grantees that the RELEASING of grants is now finally scheduled as indicated on the links attached.
Please read the requirements and procedures as follows:

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bring 2 copies (photocopy) of your VALIDATED SCHOOL ID (front & back) with 2 signature-specimen per page (long bond paper, use blue pen)
2. Payment of 35 pesos (sinsilyo lang) of your Certification requirements submitted to CHEd
3. For those who can't personally claim, please secure an Authorization Letter signed by the grantee authorizing someone to claim on your behalf (no need for notary but is encouraged). To the representative, please bring 2 copies of your ID and 2 copies of the School ID of the grantee.
4. Get your Claim Stub at the Guard House and proceed to the SAS Building - SDS Office.

REMINDERS: (STRICTLY follow your schedule)
1. Bring your school ID
2. Bring your own BLUE ballpen.
3. Wear Face Mask (if possible)
4. Please wear proper attire inside the school premises.

NOW OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS!

BISU Candijay is pleased to inform our enrolled students this semester, AY 2024-2025 that our TES Online Application is now officially open. Please follow the steps below for a smooth application process. Ongoing and New TES and TDP grantees and other scholars of the StuFAPs are no longer eligible to apply.

1. Before accessing the TES Application link, please make sure to have an active BISU email address and a strong to moderate internet connection.
2. Visit the link below:

3. Access the Google Form using BISU email address.
4. Fill-up the form carefully and then Click submit and you're DONE!
5. DEADLINE of the Application is on December 15, 2024.

Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) APPLICATION AY 2024-2025!

We are glad to inform our students in Candijay Campus that the Scholarship Office will start the Opening of TES APPLICATION for AY 2024-2025 some day next week. A Google Form link will be provided for you to access and fill in the needed information. Take note that ongoing TES and TDP-TES are no longer eligible to apply per CHED Memorandum Circular. Remember, CHED shall abide by the prioritization scheme and the availability of funds. Keep posted and good luck.

All programs (course) can apply.

GOOD NEWS!

With the double efforts rendered by the Cashier's Office, it is possible to Release the Checks for both TES and TDP for 1st Semester, AY 2023-2024 some days next week (Dec 11-13). Due to the overwhelming number of grantees, we will schedule it until the succeeding week (Dec 16-20). Schedules will soon be posted as we are still preparing other pertinent papers. We are grateful to all helping hands for the realization of our services, from the Scholarship Office staff, our Cashier (Sir Dexter), Maam Loida, Maam Francesca. Thank you so much! A Merry Christmas to all our grantees.

CHED will give to BISU Candijay the TES and TDP stipends next week. After such, we will be processing it and updates will be provided thereafter. This includes the TES and TDP 1st Semester, AY 2023-2024 and some 2nd Semester of the same year.
