▪️From Cubao, Ride a Victory Liner bus (any bus) going to Olongapo.
Bus Fare: 290-340
Travel Time: 2-3 hrs
▪️Once you are in Victory Olongapo Terminal, Walk towards W18 Street where the blue jeeps are located. They are near the South Star Drug.
▪️Ride a blue jeep and tell the driver to drop you off at Central Park Reef.
Jeep Fare:30
Travel Time:10-15mins

𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙀: You can ride a tricycle or a taxi from the bus terminal but I recommend the jeep since it is the cheapest option and central park reef is just along the highway so it's easy to see.

𝙊𝙋𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 2:
Central park Reef offers ground transportation service. You just need to message them on their page or call them and they will assist you in arranging this.

𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐆𝐎 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐀?
▪️In front of the resort, wait for a local bus with a signage stating "Olongapo". This will bring you back to the bus terminal.
▪️ Once you are in the bus terminal, Ride a bus going to Cubao.

⛺Mapanuepe Lake is divided into Phase 1 and Phase 2.
PHASE 1-Less crowded

Tip: Camp on weekdays to avoid influx of tourists on weekends.
⛺There are restrooms scattered everywhere.
⛺There are small stores around the place where you can buy water and other food/snacks.
⛺Tent pitching is FREE.
⛺No signal, no source of light and no electricity.
⛺Mode of payment is CASH only. (You may withdraw in the public market of San Marcelino)
⛺Swimming is not allowed in the lake due to mercury.
⛺Take the number of your tricycle driver and arrange to be fetched once you're going home.
⛺Bonfire is allowed BUT make sure to let the local caretakers know so that they will guide you to the PROPER place where you can do a bonfire.
⛺Bring insect repellants.

▪️ Look for a jeep with a signage "CALAPAN" and tell the driver that you are going to TUKURAN FALLS in San Teodoro.

▪️You will alight at the junction in San Teodoro, Across the road you'll see the tricycle terminal. Tell the driver to bring you to the jumping-off point to Tukuran Falls.

▪️Once you're in Balatero Port, You may ride a tricycle and ask them to take you to White Beach.

▪️Ride a tricycle and tell the driver to drop you at Balatero Port.

▪️You will be dropped off in the offices of the ferries company. Go to the office of where you booked your ticket. They will have you log in there and check your tickets. They'll have you wait there as well... Once the Ferry is near they will ask you to go inside the port. You'll wait again for a little bit until the fastcraft/roro arrive.

▪️From Batangas port exit, just follow the yellow barricade since it follows all the way to the bus terminal.

🌊It is better if you take the number of your tricycle driver or arrange to be picked up upon check out because there is no tricycle terminal in white beach.
🌊Signal is strong for all networks.
🌊I highly recommend you try their Island Hopping and snorkeling!
🌊BRING CASH. Most establishments accept cash only, although some accept cards/credit cards, but bring cash to be safe.
🌊Before you exit Balatero Port, you will be asked for your details and You need to have a confirmed booking of the accommodation and show it to them.
🌊 It's better if you snorkle and go island hopping in the morning since the sea is calmer during this time.
🌊When buying a ticket, buy a two way one. It is much cheaper and it saves time so that you won't have to go in line again.

Overall, I highly recommend Puerto Galera!

-May buses bound to Calatagan in DLTB Edsa-Cubao Terminal pero madalang ang byahe. Make sure makasakay kayo before 5am kasi umaalis na yung bus that time. Kapag naman hindi kayo naka abot and konti ang pasahero, Isasakay nila kayo sa iba nilang bus para dalin kayo sa Pasay Terminal.
-Buses to Calatagan depart daily from 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM

From Pasay:
▪️Go to the back of Metropoint Mall beside Kabayan Hotel. You will see the Van Terminal there.

🌊It is better if you take the number of your tricycle driver or arrange to be picked up because in this area, it’s hard to find one to take you back to the town proper. Ours was Kuya Paeng. You may contact him here: 0963-030-8458
🌊There are lifeguards stationed from 8:00AM-5:00 PM
🌊There are public rest rooms and dressing rooms which have plenty of cubicle and are pretty to clean to me.
🌊Beach is clean. There are a lot of Kuyas actively cleaning the beach, you can see them scattered around through out the day. They are even willing to help you set up your tent.
🌊It can be super crowded during weekends so make sure you check in early para makapili ng magandang spot.
🌊No electricity but they have a charging station. They have alot of light posts at night so hindi naman din super madilim sa paligid.
🌊Super mahangin mula morning to evening! Although bandang tanghali mainit na tlga kaya dapat pumwesto kayo sa may shade ng puno and magbring ng tarp.
🌊Signal is strong for all networks.
🌊I highly recommend you try their Island Hopping! (More details in the guidlines link)
🌊There is a public grilling station na clean and spacious.
🌊I suggest na bumili na kayo ng food sa Calatagan Public Market, One covered court away lang ito mula sa bababaan niyong terminal.
🌊There is a store inside the resort if may makakalimutan kayo.
🌊You can bring food and stuff on the seashore but please, LEAVE NO TRACE.

Overall, I highly recommend Manuel Uy Beach Resort.
