people, adding an EXTRA exfoliation process into their skincare routine, may actually disrupts their skin barrier integrity.

Make sure that you are a great candidate for exfoliation by observing your skin need. If your skin is looking dull, textured, scaley, you may benefit from exfoliation. On the other hand, If your skin is currently feeling irritated and sensitized, You have to stay away from them.

KNOW YOUR SKIN.

Who says “no pain, no gain”? In skincare, anything that burns signal a negative reaction that aren’t supposed to happen.
