ORIENTAL MINDORO PPO: ONE WEEK REMARKABLE OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Oriental Mindoro PPO, July 21, 2023 - Here are the operational accomplishments of Oriental Mindoro Police Provincial Office under the stewardship of Provincial Director, PCOL SAMUEL S DELORINO in a week. The diligent efforts and unwavering commitment of dedicated PNP personnel have resulted in significant strides towards ensuring the safety and security of our community.
A total of 15 police operations were conducted against criminality resulting to the arrest of 17 personalities within this week.
Out of 15 police operations, 9 of which were conducted against the arrest of wanted persons that resulted to the arrest of 9 suspects; while an operation against most wanted person resulted to the arrest of Rank no. 7 in Municipal Level Most Wanted Person for the crime of R**e in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro.
Police operation conducted against Violation of RA 10591 or "Comprehensive Fi****ms and Ammunition Regulation Act" also led to the arrest of the suspect and confiscation of firearm and ammunition in Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro.
The Oriental Mindoro PPO continuously conduct its fight and campaign against Illegal drugs. Three joint Anti-Ilegal Drugs operations with PDEU ORMIN PPO, PDEA, and MDET were conducted that resulted to the arrest of two suspects from Gloria, Calapan City, and Pinamalayan consecutively. A total of 8 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing a white crystalline substance suspected as shabu were confiscated from the possession of the suspects with total estimated weight of 1.14 grams and with an estimated amount of Php 7,752.00.
Lastly, San Teodoro MPS conducted operation against Anti-illegal Gambling (Violation of PD 1602) resulted to the arrest of three suspects playing Tong-its. Confiscated from the suspects possession were gambling materials and bet money.
With these significant number of operations and arrest, averaging to two significant accomplishments per day, the PNP personnel of Oriental Mindoro reflects their exemplary commitment in upholding the law and protecting the community.

He also extends his gratefulness to the support and cooperation received from the public, partner agencies, and local authorities which has been instrumental in achieving these results.
