“Smiling depression”

Or baka hindi mo lang alam na isa sa mga kakilala, kaibigan o kapamilya mo ay nakakaranas na nito?

Ano nga ba ang meaning nito?
Ang "smiling depression" is term for someone living with depression on the inside while appearing perfectly happy or content on the outside.

Kaya maging sensitive at observant tayo sa mga nakakasalamuha natin. Iwasan natin ang pagbibitaw ng mga salitang maaring makacause ng harm or damage sa kanila mentally or emotionally. We should be very careful in dealing with everyone because we don't have any idea what they have been through.

Much better if we stay silent na lang kung wala tayong sasabihing maganda sa kapwa. At mas magandang ugaliin natin na kamustahin sila kahit walang reason or kailangan. According to research, one hello can save someone's lives. Dahil mararamdaman nila that they are being valued, they have a sense at need nilang magpatuloy pa sa buhay dahil may naniniwala at may handang makinig sa kanila. Be their ears and shoulders.
