Hello lovely friends, I am Kimuel R. Echano, 25 years old, currently living in Calamba City, Laguna Philippines. I was diagnosed of having CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE (CKD) which is now on STAGE 5 and was advised to undergo an immediate KIDNEY TRANSPLANT costing around PHP 1,200,000. I have dedicated my life to the family who have born me into this world and to my own family who foresees a father that is the duty I truly hope I can still fulfill until life gets the best out of me. The time I have had in my life is supposed to be for returning the duly recognition and gratitude to my family and certain people whom did nothing else but support me in anyway possible. I have a son who is 5 years old now. I was unfortunately had been forced to surrender my job since I was not already fit to work which in return was another obstacle for us to face. I currently do not have sufficient financial capabilities since I started my medication costing PHP 6,000/day. I am in dire need of your help for I also wanted to to have more time to spend with my loved ones. Every family will do EVERYTHING for their family and I hope me and family could gather some help from other kind-hearted people like you.
