2003 β Incorporated from humble beginnings by founder Jose R. Soberano III whose main motivation for following his passion for real estate is to be able to provide the housing needs of his employees as well as the middle-income earners of other small-medium companies. The first residential subdivision, San Josemaria Village in Balamban, was born. He started with 2 employees including himself doing the hands-on selling to
companies and offering the project to them for their employees.
2007 β The company grew and developed a second San Josemaria Village brand in Minglanilla offering the same affordable mid-cost quality homes.
2009 β The year saw the third San Josemaria Village developed in the prospering town of Toledo bringing affordability and quality living closer to the needs of OFW families.
2010 β The company continued to prosper and launched its fourth San Josemaria Village in Talisay City giving the city dwellers the chance to own and experience the unique brand.
2010 β The same year the company embarked on its first vertical project at the booming Asiatown IT Park by launching its first residential condominium, Asia Premier Residences. Itβs a significant milestone that enabled the company to expand and be recognized as Asia Premier Residences became the first residential condominium within the booming IT Park.
2011 β Another feature property was created in one of Cebuβs landmark district, the Baseline Residences.
2011 β In the same year, another horizontal subdivision was launched this time in the southern town of Minglanilla, the Midori Plains.
2012 β Following the success of Midori Plains, a vertical counterpart the Midori Residences was launched in a strategic area bridging the two cities of Cebu and Mandaue. The first residential condo to be established in a vital access road between the two cities.
2013 β Park Centrale was launched in one of Cebuβs prime lifestyle district, the Asiatown IT Park. This marked the companyβs 1st venture into the office-condo development as well as having its 2nd property development within the park.
2013 β Mivesa Garden Residences was launched. It is the fifth mid-rise condominium development of the company and its 6th to 13th tower.
2013 β The company celebrated its 10 year milestone with ten projects to date providing quality living communities for Cebuβs mid-market.
2013 β Velmiro Heights was created. Another horizontal residential development which is a step higher than previous projects by catering to the mid to upper-mid markets but offering high-end amenities as well as generous living spaces.
2014 β Villa Casita was launched in the western town of Balamban to cater to the low cost housing needs of the low-income market.
2014 β Park Centrale bagged the coveted Philippines Property Award as the winner for the Best Commercial Development β Cebu. The award marked a significant milestone for the real estate industry in Cebu as well as among the home-grown companies by being the first Cebu developer to win the PPA 2014. Remaining true to its core values and humble to its roots, the company continues to grow exponentially by building quality communities in strategic locations all throughout Cebu with plans for more feature projects within the City as well as beyond to other regions.
