Base sa rekomendasyon ng Office of Civil Defense Regional Office V (OCDRO V), pinaiiwas na ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board ang pagbiyahe ng mga bus at truck papunta sa Region III, National Capital Region at CALABARZON.

Ayon sa LTFRB, bilang paghahanda ito sa posibleng epekto ng Bagyong .

Nauna nang sinuspinde ang land travel papuntang Region 5.

Nilalayon nitong maiwasan ang build-up ng stranded passengers at mga sasakyan sa kahabaan ng Maharlika Highway at iba pang pangunahing kalsada na maaapektuhan ng bagyo.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na hintayin lamang ang anunsyo mula sa LTFRB bago ang normal na operasyon ng land travel. | via Rey Ferrer

NEWS ALERT: President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has directed all agencies to prepare for the worst-case scenario as Super Typhoon approaches.

Following orders from President Marcos and Defense Secretary Gilberto C. Teodoro Jr., all agencies are instructed to prepare for the worst-case scenario. This preparation extends not only to areas expected to be directly hit but also to other potentially affected regions.

Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Administrator Ariel Tirado said that while government personnel in Eastern Visayas and Bicol have been alerted, efforts have also been mobilized in CALABARZON, NCR, Central Luzon, Cagayan area, Ilocos, and Cordillera Administrative Region.

Base sa 11:00 AM weather bulletin ng PAGASA, mas lumakas pa sa 185 km/h ang taglay na hangin ng bagyo, at pagbugso na hanggang 230 km/h.
