Why use hashtags?

1. Hashtags make it easier for your target audience to find you. When you include hashtags in your postings, anyone on that platform can find them. Because many people look for specific hashtags, choosing hashtags that are relevant to your ideal consumer increases your chances of being discovered.

2. Hashtags increase the number of people who click on your links (CTR). Tweets containing hashtags attract twice as much attention as those without, according to Buddy Media study. To put it another way, using hashtags can quadruple your engagement and enhance your clickthrough rates.

3. Hashtags are quite useful for research. If you're doing research, searching specific hashtags can help you locate outstanding and relevant information. Tweets using hashtags, in my experience, are more focused on a topic than tweets that simply mention the phrase.

4. Hashtags bring individuals together who share similar interests. Users with similar interests can interact with one another on social media; by searching hashtags related to their hobbies, they can join a larger discourse and connect with others who share their interests.

To make a hashtag, you don't need any specific software, coding knowledge, or a college diploma. All you have to do is place a pound symbol in front of the word or phrase you want to transform into a hashtag, and then follow these simple rules:

GETTING TO INBOX ZERO

The following is the strategy that will get you to the coveted Inbox Zero:

• Check your email inbox.
• Scrutinize your unread messages quickly and delete any messages that appear to be spam.
• Go over the remaining messages one by one and make sure to:
• Read emails that don't require a response and then delete them.
• Respond quickly to emails that are intriguing but not urgent, and request that the sender contact you at a later time. Then you should remove the mail.
• Reply to conversational messages quickly, then delete or archive them.
• Emails that require action—emails that take more time to react to, contain critical requests and/or deadlines, or need to be followed up on—should be forwarded to Trello. Emails sent to Trello can be transferred to a different folder from your main Inbox (you could call it Trello or come up with something smarter).

Basic features:

Advanced techniques:
• Creating labels

Here's what you'll need to do in advance:

• Make a new board in Trello and title it "Email Management" or something similar.
• Make your lists according to the types of emails you'll be receiving.
• Set up your labels so that you can visibly distinguish between cards and emails.

To make things a little easier for yourself, consider doing the following:

• Copy the board's email address and paste it into Trello when forwarding emails.
• Until you know them by heart, write down the list of labels and keep it somewhere easy to refer to when sending emails into Trello.
• Determine when you'll process your Inbox and when you'll take action on your emails (say, you process your Inbox 10-10:15am and 2-2:15pm; and you take action on your emails 12-1pm and 4-5pm)

What is Trello?

Trello is a tool for managing various tasks, such as projects, procedures, and groupings of similar objects, such as to-dos or ideas.

Trello's simplicity is due to the fact that it resembles a cork or white board on which you may place cards. Individual cards can be grouped together to form categories or lists that reflect process steps or groupings of comparable objects.

The cards can easily be moved from one list to another. You can also make notes by "picking a card and writing on the back of it." Because Trello is a cloud-based tool, you can collaborate with almost anyone from anywhere in the globe as long as they have access to the same boards or cards.

The Top 8 Soft Skills Every VA Needs To Develop

1. Honesty and Integrity
If you make a mistake, admit it and take responsibility for it. Then go ahead and fix it. Be open and honest about your skills. Say so if you don't know how to do something. Make it clear to your clients that you're eager to learn. Take responsibility for your actions. If you're going to miss a deadline, be upfront about it. Keep your job and how you represent the VA industry honest.

1. Isaiah 40:11

What If I Still Don’t Know What My Niche Should Be?

If you don't have a specialization, you can still start your Virtual Assistant business. In truth, you may run a successful VA business without niching down - but you should focus your marketing on only one or two services. Choose your most specialized talent or service and sell it aggressively.

Another option is to accept VA jobs that push you out of your comfort zone and help you learn new skills till you have a better sense of what your specialty or niche should be if you don't know what you like to do or if you are multi-passionate.
You may not know what talent you want to give, but you do know the industry you want to work in. Begin by selling your generalized abilities to that particular industry, and then let them decide what specialist services they require on their own.

If you've been considering being a Virtual Assistant for longer than 5 minutes, you've probably already heard someone ask, "What's your niche?" ”. Whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa How do I choose a niche when I'm not sure what services I'll be providing?
When people ask you, "What is your niche?" you should respond, "Products, services, or interests that appeal to a tiny, specialized portion of the population." Or a professional advising you to "niche down" your services, they're referring to the specialized expertise you provide or the industry you serve.

Starting with your skills can be a wonderful place to start if you don't have a clear idea of who you want to help. ❓💻👩‍💻🤷‍♀️🏡

Start by making a list of everything you've ever done. Include your present and previous paid jobs, volunteer work, school, college degrees and certificates, and personal experiences.

It's a good idea to consider this from the perspective of your life's timeline. What events in your life have formed you into the person you are now? Try to recall some of the instances in your personal or professional life when you go back and say, "I really enjoyed doing that" or "I truly miss that part of my job," and try to pinpoint what it was or is.

Now it's time to turn that list of abilities and experiences into services for your virtual assistant business. Consider adding Social Media Manager to your service list if you assisted with the management of a non-social profit's media account.

What is one of your skills that is the least generic? You can make anything your specialty, but I wouldn't advocate choosing common services like email management or calendar management because they are general chores for which you won't be able to charge a higher fee. ✔💪👩‍💻🏡👍
