📌𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐮𝐩, 𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐲 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬!📌

𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨. 𝐑𝐁𝐗-𝐃𝐖-05 prescribes a P1,000.00 increase in the minimum wage of Kasambahays in Region 10. The new minimum wage rate across the cities and municipalities of Region 10 is 𝙋𝟔,𝟎𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎, 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙅𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝟏𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

The wage order shall apply to all domestic workers/kasambahay, whether on a live-in or live-out arrangement, such as but no limited to: 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽, 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸, 𝗬𝗮𝘆𝗮, 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀.

𝐆𝐔𝐍𝐌𝐀𝐍 𝐍𝐀𝐁𝐁𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 '𝐃𝐉 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍𝐍𝐘 𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐊𝐄𝐑' 𝐌𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄

CAMP ALAGAR, Cagayan de Oro City- The Police Regional Office 10 (PRO10) has successfully apprehended the gunman behind the killing of Misamis Occidental broadcaster Juan “DJ Johnny Walker” Jumalon today, April 29, 2024, at Purok 8, Santa Isabel, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.

The successful operation resulted from the combined efforts of the Provincial Intelligence Unit, Misamis Occidental Police Provincial Office, 1st and 2nd PMFC, MOCPPO, Calamba MPS, PIU ZNPPO, Dipolog CPS, and 1st PMFC ZNPPO.

The accused, identified as Jolieto Mangumpit, 38 years old, a resident of Purok Likayan, Brgy. San Isidro, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte, and Top 5 Most Wanted Person at Regional Level, was apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case No. 2285, dated March 15, 2024, with no bail bond recommended.

It can be recalled that the victim was killed on November 5, 2023, after being shot twice during a live stream on Facebook at his radio station 94.7 Gold Mega Calamba FM while at his residence, hitting the lower lip and the back portion of the victim’s head.

The two other assailants involved in the killing of the victim were already apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest on March 15, 2024, who acted as lookouts while the gunman entered Jumalon’s house.

PBGEN RICARDO G LAYUG JR, Regional Director, PRO10, commended the collaborative efforts of the operating units involved, emphasizing the significance of coordination in achieving successful operations. Furthermore, PBGEN LAYUG JR. reminded the public to stay vigilant and immediately report any unusual activities in their locality to the authority.

“All assailants in Jumalon’s case are already apprehended. Justice has now been served for the family of the victim. This apprehension only demonstrates our dedication to bring the perpetrators to justice and our relentless pursuit to safeguard the well-being of the community we serve.
