Filipino broadcast journalist and YouTube megastar Raffy Tulfo suggests government to do a study on Mobile Legends addiction to see if the app deserves to be banned in the Philippines.

On an episode of Wanted Sa Radyo aired last July 17, 2020, They received yet another complaint about a relationship that has been destroyed due to the addiction to the game Mobile Legends.

The complainant said that his wife left him after he confronted her about her gaming addiction, Says that she doesn't do any household chores and just play Mobile Legends all day.

After talking to the couple, Mr. Raffy Tulfo expressed his opinion on the mobile game and he started by apologizing to the people playing Mobile Legends if he might sound offensive to them.

"Totoo yan, Ilan na ang napabalita na mga tao na hindi na kumakain hanggang sa namatay, Na-depress, Nasira ang pag-aaral, Nagkahiwalay, Nasira ang pamilya because of ML. Marami pa yan, Marami pa siguro na hindi lang nababalita."

"Siguro baka yung gobyerno gumawa ng paraan, ipag bawal na siguro 'to."

But in the name of fairness, He also said that there are people who have benefited a lot and became rich from playing the game. But the deciding factor for him should be "Mas marami bang nasisira ang buhay dahil sa ML o mas maraming gumaganda ang buhay?"

"Dapat pag nag ML kayo, past-time lang. Wag yung all out na halos wala na kayong makain."

Mr. Tulfo then asked the government to conduct a study about Mobile Legends addiction to see if the game has more good than bad effects to the people.

"Pagaralan siguro ng ating gobyerno, Pag aralan. Pakiusap lang please."

REGISTRATION: 300 Pesos (per team)

REGISTRATION PERIOD
Starts: June 14, 2020
Ends: June 25, 2020 (Subject to Change)
TEAMS NEEDED: 32 TEAMS

ROUND 1 - 3 Schedule: TO BE ARRANGED

SEMI FINALS to FINALS
What time: TO BE ARRANGED
When: TO BE ARRANGED

TOURNAMENT PRIZES:

Champion: TBA (Dias)
Second Placer: TBA (Dias)

REQUIREMENTS:

Registrants will go through Initial Screening. First step is for the Squad Captain/Representative to fill up this form and after the admins will verify your team.

1. Team Captain should ensure that all team member's is in the registration form including the 6th man.
* Bawal Sumali ang player na hindi naka Register
* Lahat nang Member's dapat may Discord App.
* Marshals will help or Guide you through the process

2. ALL TEAM Members should be bringing the name of the Squad.

DONT'S
- NO CHANGE NAME CHANGES WITH IN THE TOURNAMENT PERIOD
- NO SQUAD NAME CHANGES WITH IN THE TOURNAMENT PERIOD
(WE WILL REMOVE YOU FROM THE LIST OF QUALIFIED TEAMS)

Guidelines and Rules:

1. Marshal's will Host the lobby. Upper BOX in the bracket will be the first pick- Brackets will be created on the day of the end of registratikn and Lobby's will be automatically assigned.
- This will be a round robin bracketing tournament. All 32 teams will be divided into 4 brackets.
- Top 2 of each brackets will advance on our Quarter Finals.

2. If no show for 10 Minutes after a private lobby is created, you will lose your round.
- Once Assigned Marshal's Invited both Team Captains in the Lobby the timer for wait time will start (10 MINS ONLY)

3. **NO PING TEST**(teams should do ping test before the tournament)
- NO PAUSE (DAHIL AYAW KO NANG KOMPLIKASYON kagaya nang relationship )
- In-game username must match registered username ^Subject to DQ

4. BO1 for the Round Robin and Quarter Finals
- Always be updated on your bracket. 1 Bracket per day ang laro natin. Sabay sabay po yung laro ng 8 Teams sa 1 Bracket.
- This will be scheduled into Few days and Captains should be active enough to be updated for any announcements.

5. BO3 for Semi Finals and Finals.
- Toss Coin for the First Pick then switch sides na after round 2 then toss Coin or Round 3 If in case may Round 3

6. Remake is allowed if both teams requested for it ..if Both teams have 80% lag issue
*given that they should send a request to the host and provide a screenshots*
- THIS SHOULD BE SENT TO THE MARSHALS or admins of the tournament for approval.

7. Team captains after the end game should be send a screenshot of the result to the Group Chat for confirmation of the loser and the winner. (Send Screenshot of the Result)

8. NO TRASH TALK ALLOWED.. Bawal mag kalat - Auto DQ ang mga iyakin.
- any member of the team na mag simula nang trash talk automatic DQ. AYAW KO SA MGA SQUAMY
