Mushroom with malungay leaves Ingridients: Mushrooms Malungay leaves(moringa) Eggplant Shrimp Anchovy sauce (bagoong) Procedure: Boil water in the cooking pot then pit anchovy sauce cover and let it boil.Then put the big mushroom first and shrimp cover let it boil then put egg plant and medium size mushroom let it boil then put inoki mushroom cover let it boil then put the malungay leaves turn off the fire put in a serving bowl then serve
Creme caramel sa Kusina Ni TingTing Ingridients: 10-12 pcs egg yolk 1 Can evapoeated milk 3/4 can condensed milk Vanilla White sugar(caramelized) Procedure Beat the egg using power mixer add 1can evap and 3/4 of the amt of 1can condensed milk continue mixing then add vanilla.caramelized sugar till light brown in color.then add the mixture cover with aluminum foil.then steam for 20 mins if thin layer.then cool down little bit then transfer in the serving platter chill 10-20 mins before serving
PORK BBQ FRIED RICE ingrediets Pork bbq liempo(cut into small pcs) Egg(fry and drain) Onion leaves (chop) Rice(cook in less water) Light sauce Dark sauce Sesame oil Cooking oil Procedure In a cooking pan put cooking oil and fry egg then remove the egg and put in a strainer to drain the excess oil.put the chop BBq pork mix tull you can see oil coming out from the BBq then put the rice mix well then put light sauce dark sauce and sesame oil.mix well then put the egg.mix well then put the chop onion leaves.put in the serving platter then serve

Corned beef with sunny side up simple recipeKusina Ni TingTing Corned beef Galic(mince) Egg Lettuce Cooking oil Oyster sauce Procedure Saute garlic then add corned beef mix well till cooked.put amount of cooked corn beef at top of a cup of rice then fry egg put at the top.saute garlic and add the lettuce put oyster sauce this serve as your garnish

Of salt continue mixing till the sauce becomes thick. Directon: Put chicken in a pan cook till golden brown then put sliced onion keep on mixing till cook.in a baking pan put your rice and platened then arrange cooked chicken at the top of your rice.then put your blanch brocolli,then put your cheezy creamy sauce.then at the top put tomato and bell pepper then finush it with pizza cheese.Put in the oven for 25 mins 200degrees. Check occationaly till you can see a bit brown at the top the bring out from the oven then serve
