Sorry, my phone died just now. As I was saying, my IT team had to reset our connection to resolve the loss of wifi for 5 to 10 seconds. We will continue the promo tomorrow as I will be talking with my technical team to determine the issue and if we were able to resolve it.

Nais po naming ipahatid sa aming mga taga tangkilik na mula noong Mayo 2024, kami ay hindi nagputol ng serbisyo sa mga may overdue account, bagkus kami ay nagbigay ng mga rebate/diskwento. Ngayun naayos na namin ang mga naranasang problema sa internet koneksyon, amin pong ipinababatid na simula sa Myerkules, Augusto 28 ay magsisimula muli ang pagpuputol sa mga subscribers na may naiiwang balanse at lampas na sa palugit ng pagbabayad. Ang amin pong opisina ay bukas ng hanggang alas sais ng gabi sa araw ng Sabado at Martes upang mabigyan ng pagkakataon makapagbayad.

Hi, this is to inform everyone that since May we have chosen not to disconnect any accounts that have not paid their monthly bill. However, now that we have announced our rebate and at the same time have normalized our system - we will begin disconnecting accounts once again. Seeing as tomorrow and Monday are holidays I have instructed our IT team to start disconnecting users this Wednesday. Giving our subscribers a chance to settle up their bills this Saturday (our office will be open for payments till 6pm), and on Tuesday.

As promised, I am happy to announce that we will be giving a 20% rebate/discount for all internet subscribers (V-Fiber, and HFC users). This will be effective in the bill for services rendered between August to September. Currently, the bill that has been given that our subscribers are paying for are the services rendered between July to August.

Hi multinet family, at the moment it seems things are running slightly smoothly. I will work to make sure it stays this way, but for now will be signing off for the night. Also, regarding our customer service and maintenance teams we have created three shifts so for all our WFH subscribers and virtual assistants - if you have an issue at 1am please call so we can come and troubleshoot the problem.

Hi, so far we still have some complaints however I am thankful that we have commenters saying that our service has regularized. Please note that the true test for us will be later at 5pm to 9pm as these are the hours the system has been experiencing losses. Edit 3:33am: quick request, from all the network changes we ask that all customers restart their router by turning the router off then turning it on after 1 minute.

So we think we finally figured out what the issue was. However, we will only know tomorrow. So please comment on this post as you test the internet so we know if we resolved the problem and brought multinet velocity back to where it should be. Rest assured if these solutions haven't worked we will still continue to burn the midnight oil working at night to fix the system. Thank you po, and God bless

It's currently 1:54 am. We are still here in the office working on returning multinet velocity to the performance that we know it should be at. We have been here fixing and troubleshooting every night for the past 3 weeks. Thank you for the patience, and know that we are doing all we can to make this right

Currently we are conducting our trace route tests and ping tests to also ensure there are no latency losses.

We are currently slotting in new equipment as we are testing every single possibility from hardware, software, to network issues. Yes I know our cable management right now is atrocious!

We will have a slight system downtime of roughly 15 minutes as we reboot our system. This should happen at approximately 3am. This reset will put into effect the next set of configurations we have changed.

We are still here applying another fix. After this please comment tomorrow how the experience has been. We will be looking for reports specifically at 5pm onwards as these are our peak hours for usage. However if you are experiencing any problems please let us know immediately.

We will be shutting down the system now there should only be a temporary loss of at most 5 minutes.
