This was me a year ago and the picture below is my current physique”January 2025” . I’ve been struggling in my weight loss journey. I lose weight, I gain weight, and lose again. I remember the times na I lose my self-esteem, been depressed,and I dont even talk that much to my family and friends anymore kasi I really hated myself. Buti nalang talaga my ex-girlfriend was there, she was the one who helped me get out of that hell. I remember the times nung nag aaral pa kaming dalawa, We were staying sa isang apartment sa Tacloban “We were secretly staying together kasi d pa kami nun nagsasama talaga so madalas nyang reason is OVERNIGHT with classmates kasi RESEARCH DAW”. That was really a risk wag nyong gagayahin ha. I really appreciate her efforts making it up to be there for me kahit na sobrang busy din nya kasi she’s a nursing student. Dumating kami sa time na yung bonding namin together is foodtrip. Sabay kaming dalawang tumaba , slowly noticing her changes din tumataba na din sya. Siya na mismo yung nag aya sakin na “Lets try changing our lifestye na baga makapoy naman pagkinaon”. So we started going back to healthy lifestyle nung 2024 binawasan na namin kumain sa labas at dahan dahan na din naming napapasok sa routine ung exercise. Sakto January 2024 nag bukas yung fitness gym ko yung Alsa Fitness Point dito sa Burauen,Leyte dinadala talaga ako sa fitness industry kasi nga yung business ko is gym ano pa yung magiging rason mo para hindi maging healthy eh you already have your own fitness gym. Kaya I challenge myself na dapat maging fit at healthy na ako sa susunod na mga taon kasi gusto kong maging Inspiration sa mga client ko sa gym at maging isa sa kanilang motivation na, It’s not just all about Business but to help everybody achieve their desire goals and maging healthy. Nakakataba lang talaga ng puso kung may naiinspire kang tao at ginagawa ang lahat para sa kalusugan nila. It’s been year simula nung nakikita ko yung sarili kong umaahon mula sa pagkalubog emotionally, ngayon papatunayan ko sa sarili ko na ang totoong kayamanan ay ang kalusugan.
